The prices of the e-Shop may be different from those displayed in stores, the e-Shop having lower operating costs, not benefiting from advice from sellers, being based on a central stock with high turnover and benefiting from prices continuously updated according to the latest purchases and, for example, the dollar. As a result, e-Shop prices are continuously updated, whether downward or upward.
The prices displayed in the e-Shop are only valid if you order via the Internet.
Pickup in store or delivery to your home.
Home delivery on cash on delivery (cash, Bancontact/Mistercash, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard or advance transfer) with additional shipping costs of €15.00.
In stores, you can also pay in cash, Bancontact/Mistercash, Aurora, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JCB or ComforCard. Pre-transfer is also possible.
Payment by bank transfer possible for administrations, municipalities, hospitals, state, schools,... after acceptance.
TPS also offers payment facilities through ComfortCard/RBS.
Prices are valid within the limits of stocks available in store.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with price, delivery time and payment terms. See the terms of payment and delivery.
The consumer has the right to return the order to the seller, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day after delivery of the product.
This right of return applies only to private customers. Professionals and/or companies do not have this right of renunciation. This fact will be indicated by the invoice issued by TPS Informatic sprl. Similarly, if a private individual purchases a product that is clearly intended for professional use.
The product must be returned, at the consumer's expense, in its original packaging, complete and in the same condition as when it was delivered, otherwise it may be refused the return.
This right of return is not valid for (non-limitative): books, computer software, products made to measure for the customer or personalized,...
If the consumer returns the goods, he will be required to notify his willingness to waive the purchase by registered mail (always within 14 (fourteen) working days) and he will be required to pay for the returned products, in addition to the shipping costs and any costs of new packaging, if TPS Informatic sprl receives the products and the software already installed in it in a deteriorated condition or in packaging that is not the original packaging, and/or if the seals of the delivered software programs have been broken and/or the delivered manuals/books have been unpacked.
In case of exercise of this right of renunciation, the consumer will return the goods by all means, at his own risk and peril and at his own expense.
TPS Informatic sprl will examine the products received in return within two weeks.
If the products are damaged, TPS Informatic sprl will charge the lower of the following amounts: the repair costs or the value of the product in question or the customer may waive his right of return. If the seal of a software product is broken, the right of renunciation will be cancelled and the customer will have to recover, at his expense, his purchase.
Whether the software is provided alone or if the software is part of a computer, printer,... or any other device, opening the seals and/or unpacking the software and/or, installing and/or, a fortiori, registering the software in the name of a person, cancels the right to renounce the purchase.
The same applies to the purchase of products which, by their nature, cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (for example, but not limited to printer cartridges or other consumables, whether or not they have an expiry date. Cartridges delivered with a printer may not be unpacked and/or installed or used under penalty of cancellation of the right to renunciation).
The return must be made imperatively to TPS Informatic sprl - Sales Department - Rue Emile Vandervelde, 3 - 4300 Waremme. In the event of a refund, any transport costs for the delivery of the product to the customer will not be refunded. The refund is made exclusively by transfer to a Belgian bank account. Any complaint must be sent by registered letter to TPS Informatic sprl - Sales Department - Rue Emile Vandervelde, 3 - 4300 Waremme.
